“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, THE NEW IS HERE!” (2 Corin. 5:17) [The change the grace of God makes in our soul is so definite, that, old things are passed away – old thoughts, old values, and old practices, are passed away; and all these things must become new. Regenerating grace creates a new world in our soul; ALL THINGS ARE NEW. When we are renewed; we act from new principles, by new rules, with a new finish, and in new company.] “He who was seated on the throne said, “I AM MAKING EVERYTHING NEW!” Then he said, “Write this down, for THESE WORDS ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND TRUE.” (Rev. 21:5) [The new birth is the necessary first step we must take to experience the new heaven and the new earth!] “Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.” (Rev. 21:1) [The world is not newly created, but newly opened, and filled with all of us who are the heirs of God. To make way for the beginning of this new world, the old world, with ALL ITS TROUBLES AND COMMOTIONS, is passed away.] “I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, PREPARED AS A BRIDE beautifully dressed for her husband.” (Rev. 21:2) [This New Jerusalem is the bride of Christ in her new and perfect state, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband, beautified with all perfection of wisdom and holiness, perfect for the fulfillment of the Lord Jesus Christ in glory!] “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (Rev. 21:3-4) [The presence of our Awesome Abba Father with his children in heaven will not be interrupted as it is on earth, but he will dwell with us constantly FOR ALL ETERNITY.] “I did not see a temple in the city, because THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY AND THE LAMB ARE ITS TEMPLE. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.” (Rev. 21:22-23) [Let us be your light today, Abba Father – BEHOLD, ALL THINGS ARE NEW!]

Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that:

IN HEAVEN, THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY AND THE LAMB ARE ITS TEMPLE!
