Music Ministries
Mission Statement:
The mission of the National Music Ministry is to advance the kingdom of God using music as a medium to draw lost souls to Christ and to bring the believer into closer relationship with Christ.
Goal Statement:
The goal of the National Music Ministry is to equip those serving in local church music ministry with the practical training, theological background, spiritual grounding and resources needed to effectively carry out their music ministry assignment.
Vision Statement:
The vision of the National Music Ministry is to see healthy, active and effective music ministry teams operating in local churches; teams that understand their function and are committed to developing the gifts God has given for the purpose of advancing His kingdom.
2009 Music Ministry Initiatives:
The National Music Ministry desires to create financial stability through fundraising events to implement workshops, seminars and provide resources to assist local church music ministries.
Our aim is to equip those serving in music ministry with the knowledge of how to be effective ministers of music and not just skilled musicians and singers.
We also endeavour to support those with an evident call for music ministry upon their life by providing platforms for such callings to be nourished and further developed.
